Soba Noodle

Noodles from wheat flour. Rectangular shape and flat, with slightly chewy texture and color vary. Soba chocolate is made from whole buckwheat flour, buckwheat green with the taste of green tea, known as the cha soba buckwheat and black of black sesame. Soba can be directly processed for the soup, without having to be soaked or boiled first, and can be served cold or hot.
